Daily room cleaning and fresh towels. Good all-inclusive meals and basic drinks. Friendly staff, some genuinely nice. Convenient parking and lifts. Spacious rooms. Excellent service made our experience enjoyable. Would recommend within certain standards.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The buffet food, especially the breakfast, was excellent. The hotel facilities were perfect, including a lovely pool and nightly entertainment for kids. The location was also great, with easy transportation options to nearby places like Lagos, Alvor, Carvoeiro, Acoteas, Amacao de Pera.

I had a delightful stay at a centrally located, immaculate all-inclusive apartment-style stay in Albufeira. The pools were beautiful and the balcony views were scenic. The service from the staff was exceptional, and the evening entertainment provided by the fun entertainment team was a highlight. The buffet-style service offered many choices for meals.

The hotel staff were incredible, they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The kids club was a hit with my children, they had so much fun with the friendly and engaging staff. The water slides at the pool provided endless entertainment for the kids, they couldn't get enough of them. The beach, just a short distance away, was beautiful and easy to access with a buggy ramp. Our room was spacious and had a balcony where we could relax in the evenings, enjoying the view. The service was top-notch and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

Great staff, very helpful, and always willing to accommodate our needs. The location is perfect; we were able to walk to the beach, supermarket, and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The facilities were excellent, especially for families with children. The kids’ club and splash park were a hit!

The bed in our room was a bit too firm for our liking. It was also quite uncomfortable as we had two single beds put together for our double.

This place was absolutely amazing! We had a wonderful time staying here. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, from the cleaners to the managers. They were always happy to help and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The hotel had great facilities, including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and entertainment options. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The food was delicious and had a good variety of options. we were extremely impressed with this venue and can't wait to come back again!

The Kids Club, playground, and kids aquapark were amazing. The food had a good variety and there were options for the kids. The staff was nice and the apartment was spacious and clean. Supermarket and pharmacy were nearby.

Felt like they were family, no complaints at all.
