We had a great stay at a wonderful hotel with a stunning ocean view. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful east coast. The restaurant served delicious food, even though the portion size of the veggies was a bit small. we would definitely recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

Comfortable upgraded room with sea views, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, and good quality towels. Balcony overlooking the sea, although not completely private. Comfy beds and a peaceful location near the highway. Convenient on-site pub offering delicious meals. Beautiful beach views and amenities close by.

The complementary tea and coffee was a nice touch. the room was well located within walking distance to local restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the beachfront view from the balcony.

The room was quite rundown and in need of some serious renovations. we didn't find the hotel to be a great value for the price.

This hotel is a great value for money, with comfortable and clean rooms that are either centrally located or overlook the beautiful bay. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities are all you need for a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious and a great way to start the day. I especially enjoyed the view of the carpark from my room, it was surprisingly relaxing.

All was good, nothing to improve.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bicheno and had a great experience. The location was perfect, right next to the beach and in the heart of the bustling Main Street. The restaurant served beautiful meals and I loved being so close to all the famous Bicheno tourist attractions. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was recently renovated, which was a nice touch. The service was friendly and attentive. a fantastic stay.

One minor downside was the lack of comfortable chairs in the room.

The check-in process was not smooth, with a long wait for the room to be ready. the beds were uncomfortable and had too much springiness.
