I loved the location of the hotel. It was easy to access local attractions and onsen. the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. the breakfast and dinner buffets were exceptional with a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel facilities, including the updated room and onsen, made my stay very comfortable.

It was all superb. No complaints whatsoever.
