Clean room, good location, and helpful staff

The room was clean and tidy upon arrival, and the location was perfect. We were within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly and willing to help with any request we had.

The service was also below average, with rude staff members and slow service. the amenities were lacking, and we had difficulty with the electronic controls on the stove top.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - so close to the beach! It was great to be able to walk there within minutes and enjoy the beautiful views. The staff were also very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room itself was lovely, with a comfy bed and even a balcony on the 2nd floor. It was great to have basic amenities like Wi-Fi that actually worked. And last but not least, the breakfast was delicious and really set me up for the day.

I had a great time staying at this budget hotel in Onslow. The location was perfect, right in the centre of town and close to everything. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was tidy with a great shower head. The staff were helpful and even provided a free airport shuttle. The breakfast was simple but good, and the view of the beach was amazing.

There was a bad smell when using the north stairway.
