The value for money was great and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient, close to the beach and shopping area. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The hotel's location is convenient, being close to the center but situated in a quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately, they were unable to book us a taxi. Our modern room had a bed and a flat-screen TV, but the bathroom was in dire need of deep cleaning. The staff was friendly although sometimes not very helpful. Breakfast was decent with good food but the sunbed towels could use some softening after washing. One of the few pros was the gorgeous swimming pool.

The elevator was quite noisy and kept us tossing and turning during the night.

We enjoyed the great Balinese culture dance show during our stay at Bene Hotel. It was a fantastic addition to our lovely and comfortable room. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

During our stay here, we found this place to be situated in a quiet alley but close to everything in the city, with good access to both the older and newer parts of the area. We were impressed with the hotel services here, including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, 24-hour room service, bicycle hire. The room amenities were well-provided too, with everything from ironing facilities to air conditioning, tea and coffee-making facilities, a mini bar, and a comfortable seating area. We were grateful for the attention and good service provided by the staff members named above, who always had a great manner and took care of our needs and requests well. Additionally, we were pleased to find great features like a leisure spa & wellness center, a swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool, a sun terrace, a spa center.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends, and anyone who is looking for a good place to stay when visiting this area.

The hotel offered a nice complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi which was a bonus. the location was perfect as it was a short walking distance to the beach and shopping area. the staff was friendly and accommodating. Having a pool to cool off in after a day in the sun was relaxing.

I had the most incredible stay at a hotel in Kuta. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Kuta Beach and the bustling Garlic Lane filled with amazing bars and restaurants. I couldn't have asked for a better location to explore the area!

Although there were a few minor drawbacks mentioned in the reviews, such as limited storage space and some mold on the net curtains, they didn't significantly impact my overall experience.
