Enjoyed the individual cottages with private gardens for relaxation. the paddock views were lovely. Fresh eggs for breakfast were a delightful touch; the chickens seemed content, or maybe just resigned to their fate.

Watching TV was like deciphering abstract art; modern technology has an avant-garde sense of humor.

What a gem of a place! The cottage was absolutely lovely, with thoughtful little extras and a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, and we even had cookies, cake, and sherry in the fridge. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was tastefully done in a period style. We enjoyed our stay so much that we added an extra night. Worth every penny! I highly recommend this hotel.

The cottages provided a comfortable and relaxing place to spend our Christmas holiday. They were beautifully restored with touches of Art Deco furniture and antiques. We especially enjoyed the little extras, such as the homemade cakes and biscuits and the ample breakfast food provided in the fridge. the location near Grafton made it a convenient stop on our travels and the surrounding 25 acres offered peaceful views of horses and kangaroos.

That our stay was too short and we wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the idyllic setting and peaceful atmosphere of the cottages.

Quaint, beautifully decorated and comfortable cottage. Generous breakfast, delicious cake, and home baked cookies provided. Great rural outlook and lovely gardens. Option to stay in two cottages, both immaculately clean with amazing attention to detail. Beautiful views and cute shetlands in paddocks. Peaceful and feels like home.
