We had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the heart of downtown. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything we wanted to explore in this bustling square. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely rooftop pool and a charming lobby. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, with crisp bedsheets and a modern bathroom. The staff were exceptional, friendly, and made our stay truly pleasant.

I recently stayed at Unscripted and had a fantastic experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, the decor was stylish and artistic, and my room had a spacious layout with a stunning view of the Manhattan Bridge. Rice and Gold restaurant served incredible food, and the rooftop bar offered fantastic cocktails and a lovely outdoor area. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring NYC, and I felt safe walking around at night. The small oversight I pointed out to housekeeping was quickly rectified with a handwritten apology note and a bottle of delicious Cabernet Sauvignon. I highly recommend this hotel!
