the location was excellent, providing easy access to shops, cafes, and restaurants. the room was recently refurbished with new bathroom fixtures and tiles, and it was exceptionally clean. I opted for the balcony room, which was worth the extra cost as it allowed for plenty of fresh air. the staff were friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to return medication we left in the fridge. a great value and a lovely place to stay.

The staff are also apologetic and accommodating, ensuring a satisfactory stay.

The location of this hotel was awesome, just a short walk to the main street and some great restaurants. It was not far from the old city and close to eateries. Being in the center of town suited us perfectly. The rooms were spacious with comfortable furniture, and we appreciated having crockery, cutlery, toaster, and microwave. Breakfast was easily accessible at La Gourmande or Kate's, depending on our mood.

The only letdown was the lack of views from the windows.

Our stay at Albany Motel & Apartments was very pleasant! The layout of the apartment was perfect for our group of 2 couples, 2 singles, and a toddler. Despite there being only one bathroom, having an additional toilet was a saving grace. The receptionist went above and beyond to fulfill our request for a cable extension, showing great attentiveness. The location was also convenient, with cafes nearby. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-appointed.

Had a great Christmas stay in a well-furnished room with a very comfortable bed. Loved the fact that the room was serviced every day, and we were given complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee. Key restaurants and cafes were within walking distance, and the waterfront was only a short stroll away. there was plenty of parking available, which was a bonus.

Perhaps, the shower pressure could have been a bit stronger, but it was still a minor issue that did not significantly impact our overall experience.
