The location of the hotel was perfect, with direct sun and close to everything: beaches, restaurants, and pubs. It was also close to the beach Las Americas. The room was basic but had everything needed for a self-catering holiday. The bathroom was clean and the staff were helpful and polite. there was a well-stocked supermarket right by the hotel and plenty of free parking spots.

The check-out procedure was a bit strange, having to wait in the reception while an employee checked the apartment.
