We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, allowing us an early check-in and providing excellent service. the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a comfy bed, lounge area, work space, and kitchenette. the hotel's location near the wetlands offered a beautiful setting for strolls along the lakes.

As a frequent traveller, I had a positive experience at this hotel compared to my previous stays. the room service was quick, and the staff were friendly and efficient. the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed. the welcome from the housemaid Katrina was warm and inviting. the Manager Craig even prepared a delicious bacon and eggs breakfast for us upon request, showing excellent customer service. the hotel's appearance was clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. the location was peaceful, allowing me to relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings, while still being central to various attractions and amenities in the area.

The room was lovely and nicely updated. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and ample storage space. The shower pressure was great. Despite a minor oversight with only having 2 towels for 3 guests, the friendly and courteous staff made up for it. The nice breakfast and the inviting pool were also highlights. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice view from the room balcony, close to the beach, and friendly staff. the balcony in our room was perfect for enjoying the sunset over the ocean, and the location was great for a weekend getaway by the beach. the staff were very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even better.

Limited breakfast options and the pool needed cleaning. There were only a few options for breakfast, and the pool was a bit dirty.
