We loved the location with its stunning view and the convenience of undercover parking. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The evening meals delivered to our room were absolutely delicious and generous in size. We especially enjoyed the fish and chips and the chicken schnitzel.

My room was very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for exploring the city and nearby attractions. Although there was an extra charge for parking, it was worth it for the convenience of having a guaranteed spot. Overall I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It is located in a beautiful area, high on a hill and within walking distance to the centre. The service was outstanding, with room service, laundry and housekeeping available. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink and had access to tours/ticket assistance. We also loved the happy hour and the room amenities, such as the tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar and in-room safe.

No complaints - we'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location.

Comfy bed, spacious rooms with fridge. Short walk to CBD, Waterfront, and Salamanca. Helpful staff, handy on-site restaurant and bar, fantastic breakfast buffet. Clean and tidy rooms with excellent shower. Convenient location, and close to authentic Asian restaurants.

We were incredibly pleased with the value for our money at Best Western. The room was spacious and had plenty of beds for our family of five. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to Salamanca Market, the waterfront, and great dining options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have improved the breakfast offerings was having more variety in the coffee options. It would have been nice to have a few more choices for those who didn't like the standard offering.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, with easy access to the city center and harbor area. The plants outside of reception provide a serene ambiance, and the marina view is captivating. It is a convenient walking distance to the mall, making shopping easy for the guests. Additionally, the rooms have ample space, and the staff deliver top-notch service.

Adequate but outdated room, renovated bathroom with some safety concerns, helpful front desk staff. Good location, short walk to Woolworths and Salamanca Market. Convenient onsite parking for $10/day.

The hotel location was perfect! It was within walking distance to the city center and the local markets. We enjoyed the two complementary amenities offered, breakfast and parking. the breakfast had a variety of options and was delicious. Both the staff and the facilities were excellent.

The noise level of our room was a bit high, which made it hard to sleep. the street noise was loud and could be heard clearly from our room at night.

We had a pleasant stay at Best Western. the bed was comfortable, although we did find the pillows to be less so. the hotel had a nice and quiet atmosphere with a great view. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially in guiding us around the area. the location was convenient, although we initially had some difficulty finding a nearby supermarket. the room and wifi were excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised by the 11am checkout time. the cleaning staff we encountered on our departure were also very friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The recently renovated rooms were impressive and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby and easy access to car rental companies. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage in secure storage while hiking the Three Capes Track. I would recommend this hotel.
