During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the warm and friendly greeting upon arrival. the staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout my stay. Another great aspect was the location of the hotel, conveniently situated only a short tram ride away from the city center. Lastly, I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options to start my day off right.

The staff spoke excellent English and were always available to assist me, even during late hours. Additionally, the pool and sauna were impressive, meeting all my expectations. Although some of the gym equipment could use an update, it was still sufficient for a good workout. I also appreciated the executive floor with fruits in the corridor, which came in handy when I arrived late and needed to feed my little one.
