The staff at this hotel were really friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even parked in our bay when we checked-in, which was a nice touch. the location was great, very close to the main street, and we could park right outside our room. the room itself was perfect - spacious, clean, and tidy, with a private courtyard at the rear where we could enjoy some fresh air and a quiet drink. We found it to be excellent value for money compared to our previous stays in the area.

One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the room. We noticed it was a little dusty with many cobwebs, and it seemed like the floors had not been swept thoroughly.

I had a wonderful stay at this venue! The location was perfect for my itinerary, from visiting nearby vineyards to catching the ferry to start The Great Ocean Road. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The indoor swimming pool and fitness studio were also great for staying active during my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Brooklands Of and thoroughly enjoyed their location. The family room beds were incredibly comfortable, and the spacious bathroom was a plus. I also loved the indoor pool and small outdoor area. I highly recommend this hotel.

One slight downside is that the shower in the bathroom doesn't have a curtain, causing water to spill onto the floor.

We had a lovely family holiday recently and enjoyed some great aspects of the accommodation. we were pleasantly surprised to receive two complementary bottles of water upon our arrival. the hotel's location was also fantastic, just a short walk from the shops which was very convenient. the kids had a blast in the pool, which was clean and well-kept.

There were a few things we didn't love about the hotel. Unfortunately, the bed was a bit uncomfortable as it was two single beds pushed together and felt a little hard.

Soft and medium pillows available. Breakfast in beautiful Brooks, warm room with preheated heater. Ample on-site parking. Useful toaster may be a good addition.
