Our recent stay at Garden City Hotel, Best Western Signature Collection was a delightful experience. The room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. We were impressed by the complimentary tea/coffee/biscuits and toiletries provided. The bathroom, although a bit cramped and dark, was still functional. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist us, especially by providing a list of open restaurants and cafes during the Easter weekend. The location was convenient for us, with easy access to restaurants and attractions in Canberra. we would definitely stay here again.

This hotel offered great value for money with budget cost and luxury hotel qualities. the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. the rooms were well kept and comfortable, making it easy to relax. Two complementary facts included an elevator and a clean room. the hotel’s location was also an advantage, with easy access to surrounding areas.

The breakfast option was a bit of a let-down with long waits for replenishments of hot food. the wait was made worse by large groups of guests.

Located outside of the centre of town, Garden City Hotel is conveniently near to the Canberra attractions. However, there are no shops within comfortable walking distance. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and they even upgraded our room for a special occasion. The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is included, perfect for starting the day of sightseeing. The hotel also offers free WIFI throughout and a restaurant with quick service.

The cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired, with mouldy showers and smelly carpets.
