I had a fantastic stay at this hotel recently. the modern and clean rooms were impressive, especially the family room with a bunk bed. the beachside cafe was lovely, offering great food options. the poolside snack bar was perfect for a quick bite, and the outdoor swimming pool with a view of the beach was a highlight.

Although the breakfast at the restaurant could be improved to ensure a more substantial selection, opting for the cafe breakfast was a much better experience. there seemed to be a shortage of sun loungers, and the staff occasionally forgot orders, which could use some attention to detail for a seamless guest experience.

Had an amazing stay by the beach with rooms having a bathtub outside. LOVED the outdoor swimming pool view. Definitely coming back. Even better than the photos!

The thin walls made it difficult to sleep well due to noise from neighboring rooms. Some facilities, like the water pressure, cloth hangers in the room, and availability of sunbeds, were not up to par.

The Best Western Plus Carapace Hotel Hua Hin was a new and well-built hotel, offering a peaceful retreat with a fantastic beach nearby. the spacious and clean rooms were ideal for families, with a large kids pool and great breakfast buffet. the swimming pool and slide were perfect for relaxation, and nearby landmarks like the Pranburi Forest Park and Wat Khao Tao added to the family bonding experience. the lack of beach access and some construction noise were minor downsides, but overall, the hotel provided good value for money and a comfortable stay.
