Breakfast in the morning was a delight, served in the restaurant which was fantastic not to drive anywhere. the hotel provided a serene and picturesque experience in the heart of the Yarra valley.

There was a slight inconvenience with the noise levels in the hotel. As it is an old timber building, there was not much sound insulation, which resulted in some noise from neighboring rooms.

The restaurant on-site was excellent, offering a delicious and varied menu. We especially loved the buffet breakfast, which included feeding the local kookaburras right on our verandah!

Set by the river, the dining and accommodation provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the friendly hosts were more than willing to help and went above and beyond. the delicious breakfast offered a range of options and the real coffee was a nice touch. Exceptional views were available from the balcony, making it a perfect location for a romantic getaway.

Two wines were unavailable and the food could have been improved. However, this did not detract from the lovey atmosphere or the comfortable and cozy interior of the guest house.
