We had a wonderful stay at Hall Park Hotel. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, accommodating our late return at night. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and friendly staff during meal times. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the town. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. They even went above and beyond by switching our room to one with a patio area for our dog. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room, which had both a double and single bed. We would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are well appointed, with nice touches like plenty of tea, coffee, and biscuits. The bathroom is spacious and clean, with large fluffy towels. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Park and not far from the town centre, making it a good choice for both work and leisure trips.

The outside noise was quite noticeable, with road noise and noise from other guests in the hotel. the shower fixture was not functioning properly, making it difficult to keep the shower head in place.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, just off the town centre and within walking distance to shops and places to eat at night. Parking was a bit of a hassle as there were limited spaces on the premises and finding street parking required a permit up until a certain time.

During our New Year's stay, we appreciated the spacious and elegantly decorated rooms that we stayed in. the beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows and linens. we were delighted to find out that the hotel was in a fantastic location, offering beautiful views of its surroundings. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The noise of nearby traffic disrupted our sleep as there was no double glazing. the room was also quite warm, and we could not regulate the temperature except by opening the window, which made the traffic noise even worse.

Nothing it is perfect.

We stayed for one night and the room was excellent. The cozy couch/chair in the room made it perfect for watching the 6 Nations on TV while enjoying a drink from the hotel's bar. The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was delicious. There are also plenty of bars and pubs nearby for entertainment. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area.
