The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of town and close to shops and takeaways. It's also conveniently located next to the tour bus station, perfect for those planning a penguin tour at night. The cabin we stayed in was cozy and big enough to accommodate our group of seven people. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was at night, despite being in the middle of town. The kitchenette in the cabin was well-supplied, allowing us to cook our own breakfast. The beds were comfortable and there was ample room for our bags in the bedroom.

Our stay was great and we enjoyed our time at this hotel.

Furthermore, it is in close proximity to the beach, allowing for easy access to sun, sand, and surf. The nearby town center offers a variety of shops and restaurants, making it a great base for exploring the local area. The cabins are modern and well-designed, providing ample space, comfortable beds, and well-appointed amenities such as strong showers and heating.

One minor drawback is that the access from the car to the cabin involves some awkward steps, which can be a bit challenging to navigate at night.

The cabin we booked at East Coast Holiday Park in Bicheno was well appointed and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and accommodating hosts. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of a great local restaurant, small supermarket, and a waterfront fish and chips spot. We also appreciated the park's facilities for motorbike travelers. I highly recommend this holiday park for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

We had such a peaceful and quiet stay at East Coast Holiday Park. The owner was incredibly helpful and the cabin was well set out. We loved how close the park was to everything - the town center and the beach were just a short walk away. The grounds were also beautifully maintained. We will definitely choose this park for future stays without any hesitation.

We stayed in a cabin with comfortable beds and a good dining table which made our stay worthwhile. We appreciated having a hairdryer, and the cabin was also clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the quiet surroundings close to the town centre.

the Wi-Fi was too slow to be functional, which was a disadvantage. our experience was good value for money.

The staff were super helpful and made sure our standalone unit was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, and the views from our cabin were beautiful. It had all the amenities we needed, including a silent heater, fully equipped kitchen, and a good hair-dryer. My son loved the grassy play area right outside our cabin. it was a wonderful experience.
