The staff were super friendly, the park was mind-blowingly clean, and the pools were jaw-droppingly amazing, especially the shallow kids pool which our daughter loved! We can't wait to come back again, this time for a longer stay! Thanks so much for an incredible comfortable pleasant experience.

We recently stayed at a fantastic beachfront campsite and had an amazing time. The location was perfect, with plenty to do nearby. We spent our days at the water park and enjoyed cooling off at the pools. The cabin we stayed in was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a kitchen and a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and provided a bird feeding activity, which was a unique experience. it was a great place to stay for a couple of nights in December.

That the bathroom in our cabin was a bit small, but it didn't bother us too much.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area at the end of the park, giving us a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It was also conveniently located in the outskirts of Airlie Bay, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding areas. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with friendly and attentive employees always there to assist us. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, a cozy sitting area, and a spacious dining table. We also had a lovely patio where we could enjoy the beautiful views. The hotel had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay, such as a washing machine, well-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV, and a convenient outdoor dining area. The staff took great care of the swimming pool and outdoor area, providing a clean and well-maintained environment. The Wi-Fi was also available, although the speed could have been better. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay memorable.

I recommend this hotel to families who are looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Our room was not very private and the window covering allowed people to see in. Additionally, we could hear every little noise outside. The toilet was also not working properly and the fridge was very loud, keeping us up all night. However, the proximity to our activities was good.

The pools and waterpark were a hit with the kids, and the camp kitchens were fantastic. We also enjoyed the option to book an ensuite site, which was a great deal and provided extra convenience. The location was ideal, with a tavern within walking distance and a scenic walking track nearby.

Our room was a major disappointment. The bed had exposed springs and was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on.

Complimentary biscuits, hot choc for non-tea/coffee drinkers. Hairdryer, tissues, coat hangers provided. Good laundry facilities. Nicely refurbished studio rooms with USB charging. Staff are friendly and helpful. Water play area, pool, BBQ areas, jumping pillow. Lorikeet feeding and tour pick-ups available. Bali Villa spacious, beautifully decorated, well-equipped kitchen. Quiet location. Spotless villa and kitchen tools.

Clean rooms, spacious accommodation, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful outdoor surroundings, friendly and helpful staff, good value for money.

The complementary chocolates and coffee were a nice touch. The location was super convenient for exploring the town and beaches. There was a heated pool that we enjoyed during the cooler weather.

The room was very noisy and we could hear everything outside. The bathroom was dirty and not well maintained, and the shower curtain was disgusting.
