I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location, right by the Villarica volcano, provided breathtaking views and easy access to all the attractions in the area. Plus, the rooms with private bathrooms and fireplaces added a cozy touch to our stay.

Great location, close to restaurants and city sights. the staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to give recommendations. the rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. the breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel is outdated and needs some renovations, furniture was old and worn. the noise levels were quite high, making it difficult to sleep.

During my stay at Selina Plaza, I was impressed with the beautiful Victorian architecture that added a touch of charm to the hotel. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable retreat. The breakfast selection, particularly the fresh fruit, was delightful. The helpful and English-speaking front lobby staff made my experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect, with the beach just a block away and restaurants, shops, and services within a short walking distance. The well-maintained grounds with flower beds and a pool added to the overall appeal of the hotel.

Although the room was comfortable, it was on the smaller side and lacked storage space for luggage. The walls and door were thin, which resulted in some noise disturbances.

The hostel provides a smooth check-in process and sends helpful information beforehand. The staff is friendly, attentive, and ready to assist. The hostel is impressively clean compared to others. The best part is the accommodating and kind staff. They offer a home-like atmosphere and delicious meals.
