The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to shops and various activities nearby. You don't have to rely on driving everywhere, which is a plus. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. There is also a courtesy bus available, making it convenient to explore the area. it's a nice place to stay with plenty of amenities.

The cooking pan in the room wasn't non-stick, which made cooking a bit challenging.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, right up to the waters edge, and we had a stunning view from our balcony. It was so convenient to be within walking distance to all the shops in town and the Batemans Bay city center. The hotel's room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. We were impressed by the laundry service offered, as well as the free toiletries provided. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to our friends.

Spacious cabin with neat layout and welcoming staff. Good location on riverside and walking distance to town. Cabin had all necessary amenities including oven, AC, TV, and comfy bed. Lovely view of river and ocean from porch.

Great value for money! The pool and kids playground were amazing, and we loved the water-front location. Plus, it was really easy to get around as it was close to main roads, shops and the town center.

The cabin definitely needed some updating as the décor and furniture were outdated, and there were not many kitchen utensils available. Nevertheless, the ground staff were friendly, and the cabin was clean.

I had a spacious 3 bedroom room with a large living and dining area, plus a deck with water views. The BBQ on the deck was very clean and convenient. The park was also great for kids. Despite a few issues, I enjoyed my holiday and would recommend this place overall.
