our recent stay at the big4 ingenia holidays beacon was exceptional. the friendly staff ensured a seamless experience from start to finish. the modern villa with two bathrooms and indoor pool exceeded our expectations. the grounds were impeccably maintained, with a wide range of amenities for both indoor and outdoor activities.

The staff were quite friendly and accommodating during our New Year stay. the facilities for the kids were great and the indoor pool temperature was perfect for winter weather. we appreciated the walk-in-robe feature in our room. It was quite handy.

The lights kept tripping in the cabin and the bunk bed mattress was old and uncomfortable. the rubbish bin was broken and too tall to open properly.

I had booked online and got a motel room not knowing what I had done. I went to ask if we could change rooms and they helped us get a beautiful room. My husband, who has cancer, was so relaxed and enjoyed every bit of our stay.
