The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. the layout of the park is lovely, with well-maintained green areas and shrubs. the swimming pool is fantastic for a refreshing dip, and the picnic area is great for enjoying some outdoor dining. the location is peaceful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, which I found quite relaxing.

One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the cabins. While my cabin was generally clean, I did notice a few areas that could use more attention.

It was quite a nuisance, but the overall facilities and location made up for it. I appreciate the effort put into providing a great experience.

First stay, staff found my lost wallet. Everything I need: Car park, Outdoor dining, Pools, Laundry, TV, Kitchen. No pets/smoking. Coming back for romantic escape.

loved how clean Nrma Warrnambool Riverside Holiday Park was. so close to town – picked up food with ease. staff are cruisy and helpful. hot springs area had heaps for kids to enjoy.

We had a blast at the Family Fun Zone, the ultimate kid-friendly spot with games, a pool, and mini-golf. the friendly staff made us feel right at home, and the location was perfect for family adventures. An unforgettable experience for us all!

The location of the park is fantastic, being right by the river. It's perfect for fishing and offers a peaceful atmosphere. The cabins are comfortable and clean, with modern amenities. The pools and games room are great for families and kids, providing plenty of entertainment.

Some cars in the area were driving too fast, posing a potential risk, especially for young children.

we enjoyed 3 nights at nrma riverside holiday park in a modern, clean 3 bed unit. pleasant surprises included a coffee machine, lovely office staff, and great indoor & outdoor pools for the kids. shops, beach, and club just a short drive away, with easy check-in and check-out process.
