The cabin was cozy and well-equipped, making me feel at home. the view from the verandah was stunning, perfect for relaxing with a book and drink.

During my recent business trip, my director selected Koala Shores Holiday Park for our stay, and I was pleasantly surprised by several features. Check-in was quick and efficient, thanks to the friendly staff. the park's location near the lake and shops made it convenient for exploring the area, and having a coffee van on-site was a nice touch. I especially enjoyed relaxing by the good-sized pool in the evenings. the private balcony of our 2-bedroom Superior Garden Spa Suite provided a lovely spot to unwind after a long day.

Great for young families: Bush villa with kids' activities, pool with separate area, go carts, bouncy cushion, spacious grounds.

Felt really welcomed, no complaints whatsoever.

we had a fantastic time at koala shores holiday park across from the jumping balloon and park. our little girl loved the pool, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the self-contained cabin was clean and well-appointed. it's a very family-oriented place, highly recommended. lovely spot near the water, felt secluded and peaceful.

The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to the waterfront and a supermarket nearby. Guests mentioned that the hotel is close to One Mile Beach, perfect for surf lovers. The cabins are comfortable and well-furnished, with a lovely view of the water. The reception staff is friendly and informative, making guests feel welcome.

The cabin sliding doors might be easily unlocked by young children, which could be a safety concern for families with little ones.

Great location, activities and friendly staff. the park is situated right on the water and has plenty of fun activities, like putt putt golf and a jumping pillow, that kept my family entertained. the staff were very approachable and provided us with lots of ideas for things to do in the surrounding area. Plus, the onsite cafe was a major bonus, offering tasty food and drinks.

Some areas in need of updating. the cabin we stayed in could have used some updating, especially the uncomfortable bed and old bathroom.

I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, right on the waterfront. I loved being able to relax on the verandah and enjoy the beautiful view of the river. The pool area was fantastic, with a leisure swimming pool and beach access. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sunshine.

We recently had a fantastic stay at a holiday park in Lemon Tree Passage. The Waterview Cabin we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the water from our verandah. The park had plenty of free family activities and a Kids Club, keeping our children entertained throughout our stay. The staff were efficient and professional, and really catered to families. The location, pool, and setting were all great, and our kids particularly loved the jumping pillow. we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Lovely walk along the water with swings for kids. No toddler playground, but smaller playground could be enjoyed. Jumping pillow and pool looked great. Small tennis court and volleyball beach court. Clean villa with warm blankets and heat pump. Large outdoor balcony with BBQ. Multiple spaces for quiet time. Great location and atmosphere. Spa pool. Exceeded expectations – spacious cabin, very clean, everything we could want, comfortable bed, decent size bathroom and fridge, amazing view. Nice spot to escape with ok facilities and lovely pool area.
