the lack of cleanliness and maintenance issues, such as slippery bathroom floors and rusty appliances, were areas that could be improved for a more pleasant stay.

had a great time at a central location in hobart, close to cafes and restaurants. staff were efficient and flexible, and the room was spacious for three adults. communication with the hotel via sms was excellent. the restaurant served excellent food and had fabulous staff.

Basic but clean and comfortable room with a nice bonus of a heater already turned on. The bed was very comfortable with extra pillows available. Good value for money, with a bath in the room and the option to open windows or use air conditioning. Friendly and accommodating reception. Convenient location with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and other amenities. On-site bistro, pub, and bottle shop.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this hotel. the staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I was greeted with a complimentary drink upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. the restaurant had a great selection of delicious meals, and I enjoyed spending time in the bar/lounge area. the breakfast served here was also superb, setting me up for a great day of exploring the city.

While this hotel has many positives, there were a couple of things that could be improved. the location, although not far from the harbour front, might be a bit inconvenient for those looking to be closer to the main attractions.

The hotel is ideally located, close to the beautiful BOTANIC Gardens, perfect for a relaxing stroll. It is also conveniently situated on the outskirts of the CBD, making it easy to access the city's attractions. Guests can enjoy a movie night at the nearby cinema or take a leisurely walk down to the waterfront. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and hot showers. The staff provides good service and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel also offers ample parking and has an on-site bar for guests to unwind after a long day.

The walls are a bit thin, so some noise from neighboring rooms might be heard.

I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern, with all the required facilities. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the North Hobart strip, the city, and the harbor front. The staff were friendly and provided great service. this hotel provided excellent value for money.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fine.
