The owners were lovely, very chatty and helpful with good banter. Loved the little dog Charlie. Nice and clean environment, with a nice little bar offering an amazing selection of gins. Calming energy after a hectic day. Enjoyed playing pool and the option to order dinner outside on the patio area. Good location near the beach and Pleasure Beach theme park. Parking available on site and on the street.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is right next to the Pleasure Beach and only a 5-minute walk from the water park and South Pier. This makes it a perfect choice for families with young ones as there is plenty for them to do nearby. Despite being close to the busy Pleasure Beach, the hotel is tucked away behind it on the South Beach side, which means it is very quiet. We had a great night's sleep every night. The service and staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful. From the moment we met John and his family, they were warm and welcoming. They were always available to assist us with anything we needed, and Charlie, their dog, was an adorable addition to our stay. Our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It had tea and coffee facilities, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with both a bath and a toilet. This made us feel right at home.

Everything from the warm welcome to the delicious breakfast and comfortable beds exceeded our expectations. the hosts, Donna and John, were incredibly kind and caring. When I had to unexpectedly go to the hospital, they ensured that my daughter and grandson were taken care of. Their generosity and kindness touched our hearts, and we are so grateful to them. We can't wait to come back to this beautiful place.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel near the Pleasure Beach. the owners of Elmfield were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. the room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and had all the little touches that made our stay extra special. the breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a great selection and quick service. We especially enjoyed the excellent coffee. the location was perfect for visiting the attractions in the area, and we felt that we got great value for our money. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Away from the hustle and bustle, Elmfield provided a relaxing environment. the rooms were comfortable and clean, and I especially liked how the family room was sectioned off. the decor throughout the hotel was really nice, and the attention to detail was evident. the drinks at the bar were affordable, and I appreciated the affordable prices. the hotel offered excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay there again. I have already recommended it to some friends, and I can't wait to come back and try some of the gins from their wonderful collection. A big thank you to John for being so friendly and understanding!

The hotel had a newly refurbished bar and lounge area which was really nice. They also had a well-stocked gin bar, which was a great addition and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was excellent, it was in a quiet area but still close to all the attractions. The warm welcome we received from the staff was also a highlight of our stay.

Our room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was quite unpleasant. The carpets in the hotel were also dirty and threadbare, which was not a great first impression.

The staff were amazing and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. the breakfasts were top-notch and we really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere in the bar. One of the best aspects was the convenient location, close to the main attractions like the Pleasure Beach and Blackpool Tower. It was great to have everything within easy reach.

That there was no bedside table in our room, which was a bit inconvenient. some reviews mentioned that the size of the bathrooms was small, but for us, it wasn't a big issue as we were hardly in the room.

It was perfect for families with young children, as there was plenty for them to do in the vicinity. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they were always friendly and welcoming. The rooms were compact but perfect for our needs, with basic amenities and a comfortable bed. Our son particularly enjoyed the flat screen television with freeview. Everything was clean and tidy, and the ensuite bathroom was more than adequate. The breakfast provided at this hotel was ample and tasty, with a good choice of options. It filled us up for the day and set us off on the right foot to explore the nearby beach and amenities.
