staying at blackwood valley suites was a delightful surprise - cosy cottage with thoughtful amenities, charming fireplace, and warm bedding. the host, brendan, was exceptionally helpful, making our experience top-notch. the modern suite exceeded expectations, with a sleek bathroom and comfy bed. i highly recommend this tranquil retreat for a peaceful getaway.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautifully renovated heritage place. The rooms were modern and well-equipped, and the owners were incredibly welcoming. When I realized I had forgotten my filter system, they promptly provided one for me. The location was great, with easy access to stunning attractions like the Ferguson Valley and Bridgetown. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Spacious suites, thoughtful inclusions, lovely fireplace, great view, perfect for a weekend getaway. Friendly hosts, hidden away block, fire pit with complimentary marshmallows, 5-star quality, comfortable bed. City escape, honeymooners' haven. Will definitely return.

The location of this hotel is simply stunning. Surrounded by picturesque scenery, it truly feels like a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Secondly, the rooms are absolutely perfect. The attention to detail is remarkable, with every aspect of the room meticulously thought out and beautifully styled. From the comfortable bed to the amazing shower, I couldn't have asked for more. Lastly, the staff at this hotel are exceptional. They are friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is absolutely perfect.

If I had to pick one aspect for improvement, I would say that the noise from outside traffic was slightly noticeable during my stay. However, it certainly did not overshadow the overall experience and can easily be overlooked.

Wow! What an amazing experience we had over the weekend! the hosts were super friendly, and their furry companion was adorable. the location was stunning and perfect for a rural escape. the complimentary marshmallows by the firepit were a lovely touch and the room was absolutely top notch! the decor and linen were of 5-star quality and the bathroom was pristine. the bed was so comfortable, and we enjoyed the complimentary chocolates from the local chocolate shop. the coffee machine was also a great addition.

Other than that, we couldn't find any fault with our weekend. We highly recommend staying here.
