This motel is conveniently located in the outer eastern suburbs, close to hospitals and with easy access to the ferry and TRAM. The rooms are spacious and well-supplied with tea, coffee, and other amenities. The bathroom is clean and has a strong showerhead. The staff is friendly and professional, providing a warm reception. it is a comfortable and well-maintained motel with great facilities.

There is a slight issue with the join between the carpeted area of the main room leading into the kitchenette, which can be a stumbling hazard.

We had an amazing stay at this motel in the eastern suburbs! the spacious and bright room was just what we needed after our long journey. the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. We also appreciated the microwave and other basic facilities inside the room. the motel was surprisingly quiet, we didn't hear any traffic noise. Plus, there were plenty of options for dining nearby.

The staff member we encountered was not very friendly and could have been more accommodating. Despite these minor issues, we still had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would recommend this motel.

We had a late flight and arrived around midnight, but there was no letter with instructions for check-in as promised. We were left standing outside in the cold and dark with our bags, unable to get in. We had to call our friends for a place to stay. The next day, we received an apology email, but the staff at the motel didn't seem genuinely concerned about our experience. However, a few days later, a staff member apologized with a card and a gift, which was a nice gesture. The room was clean and comfortable, with a small kitchenette that was helpful for our longer stay. The motel is conveniently located near the hospitals in the area. The only issue we had was with the carpet joining the main room and kitchenette, as it was a bit uneven and easy to trip over. I would recommend this motel for its clean rooms and convenient location, but I hope they improve their communication and customer service in the future.
