The Spa offers a delightful Kerala special massage. The service is the best we have experienced in India, with a free room upgrade and top-notch customer care. The hotel grounds are stunning, with a beautiful pool and peaceful seating areas. The restaurant serves delicious meals and the breakfast is of high quality. The staff makes you feel at home and goes above and beyond to ensure comfort. The hotel also offers excellent facilities such as a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, and business center. a true hidden gem where you will be pampered and have a memorable stay.

We recently had a romantic escape and it was perfect from start to finish. the staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough for us. the food was absolutely amazing - we particularly loved the local dishes and the fresh ingredients. the location was also ideal - it was beautiful, peaceful, and felt like a true hideaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. We especially enjoyed the spa treatments and the personalized approach they had to our needs.

The only thing we would have liked is a bit more information on the local area and things to do nearby. However, we were so relaxed and content within the hotel that it didn't really matter to us.

The service was hard to beat, and we loved everything about our experience. The room quality was great, and the traditional touch in the rooms added to the charm. Despite the rain, we had a comfortable stay, and the complimentary birthday cake made it extra special. The location was good, and we enjoyed the great pool, garden, and architecture. The customer service was the best we have experienced in India, and we were lucky enough to be given a free room upgrade. The hotel restaurant also served a very good meal.

Simply amazing! This hotel exceeded our expectations and fulfilled all of our luxurious needs. The exclusive amenities provided are top-notch, especially their Spa & wellness centre. The swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect additions that we enjoyed on a daily basis. The entertainment and live musicians were a great touch. The food served in the restaurant was delicious, especially the breakfast prepared in our room. The staff were attentive and made our stay memorable.

The limited outdoor dining area and BBQ facilities. However, it was a minor issue that did not affect our overall experience.

My stay at the boutique hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with amazing tiles in the bathroom. The staff quickly fixed a wifi issue in the room, and they were always kind and helpful. The food in the restaurant was amazing, especially the chicken tandoori. The premises were stunning, making it a truly memorable experience.

A few chairs in the room had some stains. However, this did not overshadow the amazing experience I had at this hotel.
