After a long work day, I found great comfort and modern design at Bridgeport. Secure parking and a warm reception made me feel welcome. the staff was accommodating, and the pool area was fantastic. the restaurant provided brilliant meals, and the views of the city and river were stunning. the breakfast was amazing, with perfectly-poached eggs and delicious chai.

Some guests have reported issues with the younger staff in the restaurant not being as conscientious as the lady at the reception.

during my recent stay at Bridgeport, the location was very good with easy access to shops and attractions. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us, especially when my husband had to go to the hospital. the room was comfortable, and the parking was secure. overall, a great experience with clean facilities and a lovely pool.

As young families, we absolutely loved our stay at this hidden gem of a hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The renovations were stunning, and the room was impressive, especially the surprisingly comfortable sofa bed. The hotel was very clean and well-presented, and we enjoyed the lovely pool and gym. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and other amenities were a great touch. We also had a fantastic dining experience at the Riverscape restaurant, with delicious food served quickly. The location of the hotel and its overall upkeep were truly impressive.

The entire experience at Bridgeport Hotel was fantastic, with exceptional meals and a warm team in the Cod bar. the spacious room and well-thought design made for a comfortable stay, but improvements in attention to detail are suggested. the location, with nearby landmarks like Bunyip and the Round House, added to the relaxing vibe, especially with the stunning infinity pool. Despite some minor hiccups like noisy neighbors and slow service at dinner, the hotel's amenities like outdoor swimming pools and live entertainment enhanced our family bonding time.

The meal we had was amazing. We enjoyed the view and the staff were very attentive. the lounge and dining area had a great atmosphere. the location was perfect and we appreciated the ease of accessing nearby attractions.

The beds were unfortunately not comfortable enough for us. the bathroom design was lacking privacy and soundproofing.

This place has a great location, close to a shopping center, which is very convenient. The bistro in this hotel is excellent. During my last stay, I had a delicious meal there. The service in this hotel is top-notch, with attentive staff who provide great room service and housekeeping. The room amenities are also impressive, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. The terrace and garden furniture offer a nice outdoor space to relax in. The staff here gave us a warm welcome with a complimentary drink and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The only thing I can say is that one staff member seemed inexperienced and didn't have the best customer service skills. However, this shouldn't deter anyone from staying at this fantastic hotel.
