The modern design and European vibe of this hotel was a refreshing change. We enjoyed a lively evening at the rooftop bar and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Fantastic stay overall.

The hotel's location was superb, with easy access to Bourke St shops, Chinatown, and Southern Cross station. The modern room was fitted out with a comfortable bed, timber floors, and block-out blinds. The staff was attentive, and the delicious breakfast made for a great start to the day.

Regrettably, the water pressure in the shower was low, which detracted from an otherwise excellent experience.

We stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city, close to amazing restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities. The location was convenient and allowed us to easily explore the CBD. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with high-quality furnishings and fittings. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The breakfast at the in-house restaurant was delicious, and the view from our room was lovely. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar and its great drinks and service.

The reception desk seemed to be understaffed at times, resulting in some waiting.

The rooms are stylish and comfortable, with trendy decor and spacious layout. The breakfast is delicious, especially the Avo toast. The rooftop bar is perfect for a relaxing drink. The location is central and convenient. The amenities, such as the special shampoo and conditioner, are indulgent touches.

The hotel's central location was great and we enjoyed the complimentary Kevin Murphy hair products and soaps. the staff was friendly and helpful, and waived the parking fee without us having to ask.

Our weekend at the hotel wasn't perfect. the pillows were too big and hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

our valentine's day stay at qt in melbourne was exceptional. the friendly, professional staff made us feel welcome from start to finish. the comfortable room with a great view and the delicious room service meals exceeded our expectations. everything about qt was perfect.

The only minor issue I experienced was a lack of soundproofing in my room. it was still comfortable and provided me with all the necessary amenities.
