The location was central, with nearby facilities. Hannah, the host, was helpful and gave great suggestions. The room was clean and tidy, and the provided shower gel and body lotion were amazing. The new owners were renovating and the building looked even better than the photos.

The hotel is conveniently located, right at the top end of the main strip of shops. Everything is within walking distance, including good cafes where you can grab a cup of coffee. The room is clean and comfortable, with a super comfy queen bed. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with helpful recommendations and timely communication. On top of that, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations to improve its facilities.

The basic room lacks some necessary amenities, such as a kettle with tea and coffee options.

We had a wonderful stay at Velo - Mystic. The friendly owner went out of their way to accommodate us and even offered an upgraded room at no extra charge. The room itself was comfortable and clean, providing a great night's sleep. The location was fantastic, with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and a rustic but modern cosy feel. The location is unbeatable, being close to the centre of town and within walking distance of everything. The staff provide excellent service, and the rooms are well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed having a balcony to relax on. Lastly, the breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying.

The hotel could benefit from addressing the issue of noise from the nearby bar.

Our room at Bright Velo had a cozy bed, plenty of space for the family, and a convenient bike storage. the staff were friendly and always ready to help, making us feel at home.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and had a great time. Loved the convenient location as everything was only a short walk away. Really appreciated the free parking right at our door and the comfortable and cosy furniture in our room. the large private balcony was also a plus and made for a nice spot to enjoy the festive season.

the coffee machine was out of water and there was no kettle to boil water, so we couldn't enjoy a hot drink. Lastly, the stains in the room made it feel a bit unclean.

Upgraded room, clean bathroom, well-appointed and cozy accommodation. Great location for exploring the town and easy access to bike storage. Will definitely return for the rail trail!
