the staff were lovely and welcoming, waited for us to arrive after midnight to sort things out, and were extremely helpful in making sure my needs were met. the in-room breakfast was tasty and filling, including options suitable for my dietary needs, all included in the price. the location was perfect, with a clean, cosy room and friendly staff who suited our needs. This hotel is the only decent option in the area, close to attractions such as St George's Presbyterian Church and the State Motorcycle Sports Complex.

One area for improvement would be the need for better control of the outside smoking areas. It would be more comfortable if there was a designated smoking area away from the rooms.

That artisanal bread had me in a trance, and the local eats nearby are straight-up legendary. Plus, those comfy beds and spacious rooms made me feel right at home. And the staff? Legends, absolute legends.

Stayed at a cozy place near a golf club, enjoyed exploring nature reserves. Safety first with fire extinguisher. Free WiFi saved my life. Alfresco dining was lovely. the airport wasn't too far. Had fun with the beverages at reception!

I recently stayed at a hotel on the main street on the corner of the road that leads to the freeway, and I must say, it was a great experience. the staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. They made us feel welcome and were very professional. Additionally, the rooms were clean and tidy, with very comfortable beds. It was obvious that attention to detail was important to the hotel, as everything was well-maintained and in good condition. Lastly, the location was fantastic, being right on the main street. We were able to easily access the town center for meals and explore the area without any hassle.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic, and I couldn't find anything to complain about.

Great location near shops and pub, also not too far from family. the bed was very comfortable and having extra pillows was a nice bonus. the room was equipped with a microwave, toaster, and electric kettle which made it convenient for self-catering. the staff were friendly and our room was always cleaned well.

The lighting in the room and bathroom was quite dim which made it difficult to see. There was also limited crockery and cutlery provided, but we brought our own anyway.

Our stay at Sugarloaf Motel was fantastic. The owner was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the short walk to the town shops and convenience store. Parking was a breeze too. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Broadford.
