The facilities inside the villas had everything a family needs. the heated indoor pool was great and the Jacuzzi was a nice extra. the location was perfect with easy access to everything.

The power charging boards had limited power output and took a long time to charge a phone. There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms.

We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, surrounded by beautiful gardens and just a short 2-minute stroll to the most gorgeous beach. We loved being able to relax and soak up the sun right at the beach, thanks to the grassed area. The staff at this venue were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they even provided pet amenities for our furry friends, including beds and bowls. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a kitchenette that came in handy for longer stays. We also took advantage of the free laundry and enjoyed a refreshing swim in the heated pool. we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back!

The location of the hotel was really convenient, with easy access to the beach and a nice restaurant nearby. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, providing us with an early check, in and a late check, out. the pools at the hotel were amazing, especially the indoor pool and jacuzzi. And the best part was the comfortable and cozy beds, they were incredibly comfortable to sleep on.

There were some disappointing aspects of our stay. the facilities at the hotel were quite poor, with a non, functioning spa and a cold indoor pool.

The resort had a unique and charming setting with nesting boxes in the trees outside. The stilts restaurant offered great food and the staff were awesome.

Our purpose was to relax and enjoy the beach, and this location was perfect. We loved the size of the rooms, with plenty of space for our family. The garden was a highlight, with lots of wildlife to observe. Having a washing machine in the room was convenient, and the car parking facilities included were a bonus. The position on the Busselton/Dunsborough coast allowed us to easily access all the nearby attractions. a great stay at a award-winning resort.

I recently stayed at Broadwater Resort and had a wonderful time. It was a special trip as it was my partner's birthday and our newborn's first holiday. I contacted the hotel to request a birthday note, and they went above and beyond to make it special. The room was a great size and very clean, with a comfortable bed and quality sheets. The location was perfect, close to the beach and with picturesque pools and gardens. The kitchen was well equipped, and the staff at Reception and Stilts restaurant were helpful and friendly. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back.

My stay at the Broadwater Resort was absolutely fantastic. The service and facilities exceeded my expectations. Despite the rainy weather, the staff went above and beyond by sending out emails with suggestions for indoor activities and providing board games and DVDs. It was such a thoughtful touch that made me feel well taken care of during my stay. Additionally, the resort was very informative about the local attractions in the Busselton region, ensuring that I had plenty of options for entertainment. The IGA supermarket nearby was convenient, and I loved that the beach was within easy walking distance. The BBQ area and games room were also great, and the well-kept gardens added to the overall pleasant atmosphere.

Convenient location, short walk to beach and between Dunsborough and Busselton. Secure parking. Self-contained apartment with well-kitted out kitchen. Choice of pools and tennis courts. Supermarket nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were so accommodating, quickly moving me to another room when I had asthma issues. The cleanliness of the entire place was impressive, with green and peaceful surroundings. The beachfront room had beautiful views of the water through the trees. The location was excellent, with an onsite restaurant and a small shopping complex nearby. The hotel facilities, especially the indoor pool, were great for both adults and kids.
