Lovely forest location with wallabies in the garden. Welcoming staff at reception. Tasty grilled fish and fresh food. Comfortable cabin with good facilities, close to water. Cozy lodge with amazing bed, shower, and kitchen. Helpful and friendly staff. Cleaned well.

This hotel offers great value for money, with comfortable rooms that have excellent views. The location, just across the road from the beach, provides a stunning backdrop of the Tasmanian mainland. The staff are attentive and the basic amenities, including cooking facilities, make it convenient for a self-catering stay. What's more, the breakfast provided with bread for toast or cereal is a nice touch.

Our stay at this hotel was enjoyable and we had no major complaints. All was well during our visit.

We had a fantastic time at this charming converted church on Bruny Island. The location was perfect, right by the water's edge with stunning views. Plus, it was so convenient to have the pub just a stone's throw away for dinner. The room itself was cozy and warm, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The service provided by Dee at Hotel Bruny was exceptional, and the food at the hotel was delicious. We also enjoyed spending time on the large deck, taking in the beautiful surroundings. All in all, it was the ideal base for exploring the entire island.

Some of the facilities could use a bit more attention to maintenance.

The complementary drinks and snacks were a nice touch, and we did appreciate the central location of the hotel. the views of the surrounding area were also pretty impressive.

Our stay was marred by a few negative aspects. the room was not fresh - there was a stale smell that was quite off-putting.
