The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the ferry to the Asian part of the city and the Karakoy pier. Additionally, it is conveniently close to many wonderful restaurants that have a lively atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were extremely kind and helpful, making my stay here enjoyable. Lastly, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast provided was delicious.

I had an amazing stay here! The staff was eager to help me with whatever I needed. The location was perfect for me since I wanted to be in the heart of the city and it was easy to get around. The room service was excellent, and everything was always clean and fresh. There was even a welcome drink upon my arrival. The spa center was a great way to relax and included an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath, which were all fantastic!

I recently stayed in a hotel in the heart of Istanbul and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, with the Galata Tower just minutes away. I loved being by the river front, and there were so many cafes and restaurants to explore. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was clean and modern, and I especially appreciated the well-maintained bathroom. The breakfast offered a tasty variety of options. this hotel provided exceptional service and a great location for exploring the city.

That the soundproofing could be improved, as there was some noise disturbance from outside.

Amazing stay in Istanbul - perfect location, friendly staff, lovely spa, and beautiful lobby cat. The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Reservation system for the pool was a nice touch. Can't wait to come back!

The location of Galata'S Hotel was absolutely fantastic. We were just a short walk away from the old part of the city and all the beautiful mosques. Plus, the ferry and tram were conveniently close by as well. The facilities at the hotel, including the swimming pool, sauna, and fitness center, exceeded our expectations.

The staff were incredibly attentive and upgraded us to a spacious family room. The hotel also has excellent amenities, including a modern spa with a swimming pool, gym, sauna, and Turkish bath. a fantastic choice for a stay in Istanbul.
