The location of the hotel is unbeatable, with a nice view of the pier and just beside the harbor. It is also conveniently located near the marina/terminal for easy access to the Great Barrier Reef tours. The rooms are clean and spacious, with modern furnishings and functional kitchen facilities.

There is no mention of breakfast being available at the hotel.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, with great views and so close to restaurants and the pier. The apartment itself is modern and spacious, with additional towels and pillows provided upon request. The kitchen is well-equipped and there are great balcony views.

Other apartments booked through different agencies were cheaper and appeared older and more tired inside.

Amazing location just a few steps from the boardwalk and the water. Spectacular view from the balcony of the marina. Having two bathrooms was perfect for our romantic escape. Staff at the visitor centre were super friendly and welcoming. Rooftop pool was great for relaxing and enjoying the views.

The dishwasher didn't have any dials which made it difficult to control and it seemed to go all night.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel and had an amazing experience. The location of this place is absolutely stunning, right on the marina with breathtaking views from the balcony. I couldn't have asked for a better spot to enjoy my vacation. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They provided excellent room service and were always available to assist with any requests I had. The apartment itself was luxurious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my trip. The pool and sauna facilities were also top-notch, providing a perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

I highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The location, service, and amenities provided at this venue are truly exceptional.

Excellent location, overlooking the water and close to restaurants, casino, and markets. Geoff Benson was extremely helpful and friendly. Suite had a lovely view, was quiet in the evening, and had air conditioning. Staff at the info center were pleasant and helpful.

Perfect location in the heart of the marina, offering stunning views of the boats and ocean. The apartment was spacious with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the convenience of having our own kitchen facilities, allowing us to prepare meals whenever we wanted. The friendly and helpful staff made our experience even better, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out.

There were a few minor issues during our stay that slightly affected our experience. The shower head in the bathroom kept falling down, causing water to spill out onto the bath area and creating a bit of a mess after each shower.
