Clean and modern, near archaeological sites. Friendly staff. Nice spa, small gym, beautiful pool. Peaceful Deluxe rooms, superb restaurant. Exceptional pool, excellent breakfast. Interesting llamas, nice green area. Not liked room at first, but receptionist Cesar made the stay enjoyable. Clean room, comfy bed. Pleasant restaurant staff, good food.

As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quietness of the hotel and the fact that I had a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel in Trujillo, Peru. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the view of the back garden was breathtaking. The wide range of hotel facilities, including the gym and spa, made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, I was impressed by the excellent breakfast provided. The staff at this hotel were lovely and always had smiles on their faces, providing exceptional service throughout my stay.

The hotel was located in a safe area away from the city noise, making it perfect for families with children to enjoy the surrounding gardens and play with the alpacas. The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable. The staff, especially Cesar at the reception and Eric at the restaurant, were exceptionally welcoming and pleasant. Facilities like the gym and spa were well-maintained and offered a great view of the back garden.

The prices of food and beverages were quite expensive.

The food was quite good and the complementary drinks were a nice touch. The hotel's location was convenient to the attractions we wanted to see. The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, and the views from the common areas were beautiful.

Our stay was marred by safety concerns. The neighborhood didn't feel very safe, especially at night, and we were warned not to walk outside after dark.
