Good location, away from noise. Wonderful pools and spacious rooms. Kitchen facilities and BBQ for convenience. Comfortable beds, even the sofa bed. Nicely accommodated for families, especially with ground floor options.

We had a fantastic stay at Queenslander Hotel & Apartments. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the esplanade and other attractions. the apartment was clean and spacious, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. the pools were also a great addition, providing a refreshing swim. We would definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Cairns.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel that provided me with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. This place was conveniently located near the water, which was fantastic. The restaurant here had amazing food and I was pleasantly surprised by its quality. The staff at the reception were really friendly, and one member went above and beyond by providing me with a map and recommending various restaurants and activities in the area. The room itself was spacious, and I was pleased to have tea and coffee facilities available, as well as free Wi-Fi. The outdoor swimming pool was fantastic, and I really enjoyed spending time there.

Recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the shower was excellent and we appreciated the fresh, good quality towels provided daily. the reception staff were friendly and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. the hotel's location was convenient, with a bus stop just 200m away for easy access to the city. We also enjoyed the pleasant walk along the esplanade, which took about thirty minutes.

This hotel offers a great location, with easy walks to the beachfront, the city centre and other tourist attractions. Additionally, the rooms are comfortable and provide good amenities like clean towels, room service, and good aircon. The pools are nice with an extra little pool for small children. Rooms also offer basic kitchen amenities.

It seems difficult to get clear information on tours and things to do in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Queenslander Aparthotel. The room was comfortable and equipped with all necessary amenities. Despite previous reviews, our room was very clean and we even had fresh sheets and towels daily. The cherry on top was the exceptional customer service from the front desk staff, who went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

The croissants were amazing and we had a comfortable bed. the walking distance from the hotel to the city centre was ideal for exploring the area, and we appreciated the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi.

We encountered a dirty room with rubbish on the floor, and there was no broom for us to clean it ourselves. the washing machine provided didn't work properly, leaving our clothes soaking wet after every wash.

Spacious room for a family of 5. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location near the esplanade. Prompt replacement of faulty washing machine. Comfortable beds, although a king size would have been preferable.
