I recently stayed at Eastin Hotel in Kuala Lumpur for 2 nights. The staff was incredibly nice and the room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfy and the cleanliness was superb. The hotel had ample indoor parking space and was conveniently located within walking distance to the MRT station. I was impressed with the helpfulness and assistance of the staff during my stay. I had a great experience and would definitely come back.

The nearby mamak stall, selling nasi lemak wrapped in banana leaves, was a hit with my kids for breakfast. The gym had a wide range of equipment and offered breathtaking views. The housekeeping service was flexible and accommodated my request to clean the room even at night.

The room I initially checked into had a terrible smell, but the hotel staff promptly moved me to a different room on a higher floor, which was much better. The breakfast at the hotel was reasonably good and the location was convenient. Additionally, the hotel had good soundproofing in the rooms and a variety of TV channels to choose from.

The staff was impeccable, checking in and calling to ensure my satisfaction. Free parking and the hotel's posh appearance were a plus. The location was within walking distance to transportation and tourist attractions.
