The location was fantastic, just a stroll away from Bent Spoke Brewery and great restaurants. The staff was lovely. the room cleanliness fell short with long black hairs and dead flies. Despite the issues, the staff's friendliness and comfy beds made the stay somewhat enjoyable.

Located near the city center, allowing for easy access to dining and shopping. The stove top was easy to use for cooking meals in the room. Close to various amenities, making it convenient for guests to stay.

Limited parking spaces, especially for disabled guests, and noisy air conditioner.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to meet our needs. the location was good close to central Canberra, making it easy to walk to stores, cafes, and the city centre without any issues. the ability to easily walk to nearby attractions like the National Museum of Australia, Canberra Centre, and others was ideal for the purpose of my visit.

One thing that could be improved at this hotel is the parking situation. It was limited, and some guests had to park outside designated spots, risking parking tickets.

Affordable hotel closer to my destination made my trip less stressful. It had more than enough room space, and internet worked fine. Enjoyable work area! Quiet, trouble-free sleep, with comfy bedding. A slight laugh—it felt like a maze trying to reach the lobby fast. I'd stay again for the peaceful rest at a bargain rate. Total recommend.

Comfiest bed ever, great location for exploring town and plenty of dining options nearby! the hot water supply and kitchenette were fabulous, making it easy to kick back and relax after a day of exploring.
