This hotel is a gem nestled in the nature of Ubud. the room service is exceptional, and the staff, led by Gede, goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. the outdoor swimming pool overlooking picturesque scenery is a highlight, perfect for a relaxing dip. the breakfast options are varied and delicious, served either in your villa or at the charming breakfast area near reception. the bathroom was spotless with a lovely shower. the team is always on hand to assist with any requests, making you feel right at home.

One minor thing that could be improved is the occasional presence of animals around the villa that could lead to some maintenance issues, but the staff is proactive in cleaning up.

the pool area had stunning views, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. the daily breakfast on my balcony overlooking the jungle was a highlight. Although animal sounds at night were present, the tranquility of the bungalows was worth it. A magical experience! .

we stayed at Portobello Villa and had an amazing experience. the private pool was a dream, larger than expected, perfect for a romantic getaway. the staff, led by Gede, was exceptional, catering to our every need with a smile. floating breakfast in the infinity pool overlooking the lush jungle was a highlight. overall, a tranquil haven to disconnect and immerse ourselves in the cozy, relaxing atmosphere.
