We had such a great time at Caravella Backpackers! the staff was super kind and always willing to help. They gave us helpful suggestions and advice about entertainment and sightseeing. the location was perfect, right on the beach, and the price was very affordable. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and simple. We felt relaxed and at home during our stay. We would definitely book again without a doubt. Highly recommended for those who want a unique and cozy experience.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and clean room that reminded us of a cabana in the Florida Keys. The location was perfect, right opposite the seafront, and the staff were amazingly helpful and kind.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety or maybe some local specialties.

Incredible staff who were always willing to help and make you feel at home. The outdoor chill out area was perfect for socializing and the free Wi-Fi was a pleasant surprise. The double room with private bathroom felt like a small apartment, spacious and clean. The location, right on the Esplanade, was peaceful yet centrally located. The proximity to the airport was a treat and the nearby beach was gorgeous. The surrounding properties were fabulous. The various offers and free lifts provided added to the overall experience. The room amenities, such as phone charging facility, cupboard, and table, were convenient and secure. The shared bathroom was large, clean, and well-stocked. The hot showers with good water pressure were a bonus.

Great value for money with a clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, and convenient location near the beach. Andre at the front desk was very helpful in organizing our snorkeling trip to the Great Barrier Reef. The free airport shuttle was a bonus and there are good nearby dining options like Bongo Cafe and P.J. O'Brien.

Breakfast delights could use some improvement, maybe more variety or options.

the girl at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming, she even upgraded our room. the hostel was clean and convenient, with great kitchen facilities. We loved meeting like-minded people and the staff was always helpful. the location was perfect, right near the promenade and just a short walk to the restaurants and markets. the value for money was outstanding and we had a spacious and private double bedroom. we highly recommend Caravella for a great stay in Cairns! 😊

Great location, with two kitchens and convenient refrigerators in each room. Clean and comfortable beds, with the added bonus of an air conditioner. Laid-back atmosphere with a curfew at 11pm. Easy late check-in and friendly staff. Met cool people and made new friends. 😊

The accommodation at Caravellas was excellent! The room had twin beds and a cozy living room area with outdoor seating. The staff were friendly and fulfilled my requests for a lower bed and a room close to an electrical socket. I even got upgraded to a larger room without any extra charge. The location is great, just a short walk to the city center and marina. The communal areas are cleaned daily, and there is a nice swimming pool. Plus, they offer a voucher for a $7 dinner at a pub, and there is a fridge in the private room. Free parking is available nearby. the staff and other guests at Caravellas were awesome!

I recently stayed at a hostel in Cairns for a week. The location of the hostel was fantastic, with just a 5-minute walk to the airport and a beautiful beach nearby. The surrounding properties were also stunning. I loved the free offers on the board in the hostel, including lifts to the town and hotel bar with great music. The staff were incredibly helpful and the shared bathroom was always clean and well-stocked. The female dorm was comfortable and clean, with convenient facilities such as shelves and a small refrigerator. The room had a nice old-style charm, with air conditioning and a fridge. The swimming pool was well-maintained and the hostel was even undergoing a fresh coat of paint. a great experience at Caravella Backpackers.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued during our stay. The location was fantastic. It was right across the street from the beach, offering beautiful views and easy access for a romantic stroll. The communal areas were nice for socializing. We enjoyed spending time by the pool and utilizing the internet in the open areas.

It would have been nice to have wifi in the room without having to pay extra. It felt a bit inconvenient and added an extra expense to our stay.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach. It was a great opportunity to meet people from all around the world. The rooms were clean and we even received a free upgrade. The staff were friendly and helpful, recommending great tours to explore the area.

There were some issues with the free wifi connection and it was difficult to get work done on my laptop.
