I had a lovely stay at this nostalgic motel. It had been over 50 years since my last visit, and I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrades and renovations. The self-contained unit I stayed in was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with numerous attractions and restaurants just a short walk away. The hosts, Bruce and Ramona, were friendly and accommodating. Despite the chilly weather, the extra blankets provided kept me warm. I enjoyed starting my mornings with birdwatching and whale-spotting near the Jetty area. I highly recommend this motel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location of the motel is ideal as it is close to a variety of cafes and restaurants, offering plenty of dining options. Additionally, it is conveniently situated near the botanical gardens, allowing for easy access to nature and scenic walks.

The location was spot on! We were able to easily walk to the marina and all of the local restaurants. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, even making arrangements for our late check-in. the room was spacious, had excellent self-catering facilities and the pillows were divine. we loved that breakfast was available at an extra cost.

The car park was full when we arrived and the drawers in the wardrobe had a musty smell. However, we were able to easily find street parking and used a spray to neutralize the smell.

I absolutely loved the friendly and accommodating staff at this motel. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The facilities were top-notch with well-equipped and spacious rooms, perfect for a comfortable overnight stop. The motel grounds were also well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location couldn't have been more perfect. We were just a short stroll away from the harbour, which meant we had easy access to beautiful beaches and stunning views. Plus, there were numerous restaurants right across the road, giving us a variety of dining options without having to go far. Secondly, the staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the room itself was great. We had a kitchenette, which was perfect for preparing small meals, and the balcony provided a lovely spot to relax in the evenings. The air conditioner was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast options available in-house. All in all, this hotel provided excellent value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

Recently stayed at the Caribbean Motel for a relaxing weekend getaway. The room was beautifully updated with dark thick curtains, lovely bedding, and a kettle with plenty of coffee and tea provided. I appreciated the clean wine glasses and the convenience of having a hairdryer. The under cover parking was an added bonus. The location was perfect, with a variety of restaurants nearby, including an amazing East African restaurant. It was also a quick walk to the beach, marina, and Mutton bird Island. The room had windows and doors that opened to let in the sea breeze, and the air conditioning worked well. The balcony was a nice touch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
