Very clean and comfortable. Good central location. Comfortable bed and couch. Good sized apartment. Bedroom positioned to the back of the unit was good, being further away from the road.

Our room at Cascade Motel was super cozy and had everything we needed. the bed was comfy, and the air conditioning made it a comfy oasis on a hot day. We felt right at home.

Wished for more cooking gear in the kitchenette, but a quick trip to Kmart solved that!

the spacious room with a comfortable bed and unexpected amenities like a washing machine in the room made my stay very convenient. the kitchenette allowed me to cook my meals after a long day of work, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I especially enjoyed the peaceful decor and cleanliness of the room, along with the efficient air conditioning that provided a welcome relief from the humid weather outside. Plus, the proximity to supermarkets like Woolies and Coles was a bonus for my grocery needs.

the room was spacious & clean, with a massive king bed that was so comfortable. the shower head was huge & very relaxing, perfect after a long drive. the lounge area with chaise was a great spot to unwind. customer service was top-notch, friendly & welcoming. conveniently located near a shopping center & food vendors. our supermarket needs were easily met with Woolies & Coles close by. we'd definitely stay again!

With its central location and spacious rooms, Cascade Motel in Townsville was a comfortable stay. the warm greeting from Geoff was a highlight, though some minor inconveniences like unreliable wifi and a dicky front door lock did arise. a pleasant experience and good value for the price.

Convenient location for travellers, close to major highway south and amenities like petrol stations and McDonald's. Manager was accommodating for late arrivals and communication was smooth. Room was spacious with all necessary amenities, including a full-size fridge and large shower. Beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep. Fresh milk was a nice touch. Will consider staying again.

We spent Christmas at a motel in the heart of North Queensland. Two things we really appreciated were the excellent air conditioning system which kept the room nice and cool, and the outdoor pool, which was a refreshing and welcome escape from the Christmas heat. We also loved that the motel was situated within walking distance of a range of restaurants and shops, making it easy for us to explore the local area.

The shower pressure was quite weak, which made it difficult to get the sand off after a day at the beach. however, we enjoyed our stay and found the motel to be comfortable and accommodating.

One of the best things about this hotel was the attention to detail. From the well-appointed rooms with kitchen facilities to the super-comfy beds, everything was thoughtfully designed to make our stay comfortable. The restaurant had a menu to suit all tastes, and we enjoyed a delicious dinner during our time here. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel special throughout our stay.

We recently stayed at a motel on a fairly busy road a few km from the town centre. The location was perfect for us as it was conveniently close to all the tourist attractions around Townsville. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with coffee and tea facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the motel's onsite restaurant. it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely choose to stay here again.
