Conveniently located with good breakfast and helpful staff. Spacious room with kitchenette. Lovely pool and bar on the roof. Clean and neat in appearance. Reasonable value for the price paid.

We had an amazing time at this sleek modern hotel with a boutique feel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Cassidy who arranged an early check-in for us. The location was great, just a short walk to Mill Ave for restaurants and shops. We loved the rooftop views and enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a nice variety of options including hot oatmeal, bagels, and breakfast sandwiches. The little kitchen in our room was a perfect addition, allowing us to make some meals and feel at home. We would definitely come back again!

We had an amazing stay here. The staff was exceptional, even with short staffing, they went above and beyond to ensure a good stay. The room was beautiful and very spacious with great views of the area. The pools on the rooftop were definitely a highlight. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the business center, which were very helpful during our stay.

We definitely recommend this place to families.

We loved the convenient location of Hyatt House in Tempe, close to many activities. The included breakfast was a nice touch. We had an issue with the security deadbolt locking us out of our room, but the staff quickly resolved the situation. we recommend this hotel.
