Omg, the pool and spa were absolutely amazing! 🏊‍♀️ big rooms, comfy beds, and super friendly staff. Only downside was the room cleanliness, but overall a fab stay! can't wait to go back! 😍.

upon check-in, the reception staff were helpful even though there was a minor payment issue. the location was fantastic with easy access to dining options, ferry taxi, and bridge walks. the apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. free parking was also a plus.

The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Short walk to Southbank, perfect location. Undercover secure parking, pool/spa/gym/sauna/BBQ facilities all good. Friendly greeting and sense of humour on arrival.

The staff at Hillcrest Apartment Hotel were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the one bedroom apartment was clean and cozy with a lovely city view. the location was convenient for exploring landmarks like Southbank and the Brisbane River. Relaxing at the outdoor swimming pool and sauna added to our family bonding experience.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is close to beautiful Southbank and easily accessible by public transport. Additionally, its proximity to the hospitals is a bonus for those who are not local and may need medical assistance. The staff were polite and helpful, and the cleanliness of the rooms was satisfactory.

One negative aspect is that there were no comfy lounge chairs in the room, which made it uncomfortable to watch TV, especially for those with mobility issues.

During our recent stay at Hillcrest, we were delighted to find a fully equipped kitchen in our apartment. It had all the necessary cooking facilities, allowing us to prepare delicious meals throughout our stay. We even had a dishwasher, although it would have been helpful if they provided some dishwashing powder.

Great service! Staff was very helpful and respectful of our privacy. the cleaning staff did a great job, and the apartment had good storage space. the location was perfect, with easy access to many attractions and key points of the city.

The paid WiFi was a bit disappointing. We've stayed in many other places where it was already included with the room.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, situated on a hill overlooking the river, it felt like a beach getaway. Being so close to Southbank meant we had easy access to all the attractions and the city. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We especially appreciated the balcony where we could sit and enjoy the view. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. it was a comfortable and luxurious experience.
