We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Newcastle. The location was perfect - close to the CBD and just a short walk to the beaches. The staff recommended a great restaurant called "Scatcheys" on the wharf, which we loved. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, well-appointed, and had a stunning view from the massive balcony. The bath system with luxury products was a nice touch, and we appreciated the convenience of the tram light rail outside the hotel. it was a clean, modern, and enjoyable experience.

As longer term business travellers, we loved the spacious and modern apartments with all the utilities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our check-in quick and smooth. The central location was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the little touches like the welcome gift and the Nespresso machine.

The lady who greeted me at Terminus Apartment Hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room exceeded my expectations with its size and luxury, and the view from the balcony was simply stunning. I was impressed by the well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, making it ideal for a longer stay. Although the location was central, I did notice some street front dirtiness and a disused railway opposite. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, spacious rooms, and breathtaking view.

We loved staying at this hotel as it was in a great location with plenty of eateries around. We got everything we needed for a comfortable stay such as room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, grocery shopping service, and shuttle service. The room amenities were great and included ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and even a mini-bar. The rooms were soundproofed and had a sitting area with a dining table, providing ample space to relax.

We recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to have a great time here without any hassle.

Had a great Thanksgiving stay! The complementary large TV with Netflix was a nice touch for a cozy night in. The location was perfect for exploring the city and trying out local restaurants. Loved the security aspect of the hotel, made us feel safe.

The first room we were given was noisy due to the car park entrance and not so comfortable bed. However, we were moved to a quieter room with a much better bed.

The room was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-appointed bathroom. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel offered a variety of facilities, including a large TV with Netflix and secure garage parking. Plus, the light rail nearby made it easy to explore the area.

That the chemical smell in the room was quite overpowering, but I'm sure they could have aired it out before my arrival.

We had a nice short stay at a hotel located down the coast of NSW. The room was comfortable with a deep-pile carpet and a big TV with Netflix included. The bathroom was reasonably sized and had good amenities. The location was great, near to shops, restaurants, and the foreshore. The staff were friendly and helpful. it was a pleasant experience with convenient facilities and a good view from the balcony.

There was some street noise from nearby boozers, but it didn't disrupt our stay.
