We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided us with great advice on what to do and where to go, and were always there to assist with any issues or questions. The highlight of our stay was the impeccable service and hospitality from the staff.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in Garmisch. The staff was incredibly helpful, from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and lovely views. The breakfast was tasty and the spa area was a nice place to relax after a day of hiking. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The breakfast buffet was decent and there were two free drinks offered at check-in. the location was close to the train station and had plenty of restaurants nearby. the room was spacious and had a balcony with a nice view.

The decor was outdated and the noise from the street was unbearable, especially at night when we couldn't open the windows due to the fumes and lack of air conditioning. the staff was unhelpful and unprofessional, and when we requested a quieter room, we were met with ridicule and an unnecessary upgrade fee.
