We had a great experience at Gateway Motor Inn. The night staff was extremely helpful in relocating our trailer to a secure area when we expressed concern about its safety. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was also convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and secure accommodations.

We, as distance travellers from Mackay, appreciated the hotel's convenient location right on the Bruce Highway, offering parking outside the room. being off the highway provided us with a lovely valley view and the chance to capture magnificent sunset photos.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We stayed at this motel for an overnight stop. The location was convenient as it was close to the highway and just a short drive from the town center. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a spotlessly clean shower. The manager was very helpful and provided great customer service. Additionally, there was a guest kitchen available with plates and utensils for use.

We experienced some noise from passing trucks throughout the night.

During my recent business trip, my director had us stay at Gateway Motor Inn in Childers, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. the well-maintained property with a pool to cool off in the summer heat was a perfect retreat after a long day. the inground saltwater pool, guest kitchen, and laundry facilities were a definite plus for all guests. the owners and cleaning staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location just before the township of Childers was ideal, offering a quiet and pleasant environment without the usual disturbances. the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the view of sugar cane fields added to the charm of the motel.

Everything is what i need and want.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are equipped with a TV in each one, as well as a microwave for added convenience. Plus, the option of having three single beds in the room is perfect for families with kids. The location on the highway makes it easily accessible and the friendly staff provide excellent service.

No significant issues encountered.

We recently had a wonderful romantic escape and stayed at a motor inn located on the main highway, near the town centre. Our spacious and clean unit had a separate room and TV, which were great to relax during the night. the parking space right in front of our door made everything easier as we didn't have to carry our bags for too long. the friendly staff made us feel welcome.

Plus, the road noise was quite audible throughout the night. Nevertheless, the quality of our stay was good considering the price.
